What To Expect
Walk-ins are welcome during regular hours. If you're coming specifically to see a particular collection or need custom fitting, we recommend booking ahead.
Our showroom carries samples of every collection. You can see fabrics up close, check construction quality, and try on pieces to verify fit before ordering.
Most visitors spend 30-45 minutes with us. Bring any clothing questions you have. We're here to help, not to push sales.
Finding Us
We're located in the Burrard corridor, two blocks from the waterfront. Street parking is limited, but there's a parkade at 555 Burrard with validation available.
If you're taking transit, we're a five-minute walk from Burrard Station on the Expo Line.
Common Questions
Do I need an appointment?
Not during regular hours. Appointments are recommended if you need custom fitting or want to discuss the Complete Wardrobe Reset service.
Can I buy directly from the showroom?
We keep limited inventory on-site. If your size and preferred piece are available, yes. Otherwise, we'll place an order for you with typical delivery in 5-7 business days.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Currently, we only ship within Canada. International shipping is planned for late 2026.
What's your return policy?
30 days for unworn items with tags attached. We cover return shipping if the fit isn't right.
